In alignment with Sublime Care’s mission and vision statement, we always ensure that we actively participate in inclusive events within the community sector that respect, empower and value all people.

Sydney Disability Expo is one of the largest disability-inclusive events that links thousands of people and service providers within the disability sector. This year’s theme for Sydney Disability Expo is My Future, My Choice, which supports the right of any individual to have their own choice on how they want to control their lives and how they want to plan their future. This significant event will occur on the 5^th and 6^th of August at Exhibition Hall 4, Sydney Showground. We are excited to announce that Sublime Care will be a Silver Sponsor, and you can meet us at Booth S5 for some fun and informative catch-up, gifts and goodies, and for you to know more about what we are offering and the more we can offer to our future participants.

As a registered NDIS provider, we will highlight and talk about the services we offer, such as Community Care Services (Community Participation, Daily Living Skills, and High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities), Support Coordination, and In-Home Living and Support (e.g., Supported Independent Living). We will also discuss our participants’ positive results and progress and how Sublime Care has been actively working with its participants to achieve their goals and support their aspirations.
