We target Speech, Language, Voice, Fluency, and Cognitive Communication skills to enhance overall communication abilities. Our comprehensive approach covers a range of areas, including expressive and receptive language skills, social communication, and vocal quality.
Staff and Communication Partner Training
Sublime Care prioritises comprehensive training for support staff to ensure participants have confidence in the skill level of their support team.
Assistive Technology Assessments and AAC Strategies
Our team provides Low and Mid Assistive Technology Assessments, implementing strategies for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). We empower participants with alternative communication strategies using tools like communication books, charts, iPads, and specialised devices.
Reports
We provide detailed reports to keep participants informed about their progress and to facilitate collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Working in collaboration with you, your family, and caregivers, our Speech Pathologists will assist in pinpointing your desired objectives. Together, we’ll formulate a comprehensive plan encompassing assessments, periodic reviews, effective management strategies, educational support, therapy sessions, and ongoing assistance to propel you closer to your goals.
Moreover, these objectives may encompass various aspects of communication improvement, such as enhancing spoken language, receptive and expressive listening, comprehension, literacy skills, social interaction proficiency, fluency, and vocal use.
