Sublime Care provides community-based supported housing and lifestyle support to NDIS-eligible. We offer a variety of NDIS accommodation services for participants who need help with and/or supervision of their daily tasks and goals. The goal of this service is to support the participant in developing their skills to live independently. Participants and their families can discuss their home and living goals as part of their planning conversation.
