Cameron Park - 4

Property Type:

The property is a 4 bedroom SIL house, with a double driveway and double lockable garage. There are 2 bathrooms located within the property, two shared living areas and a shared kitchen space.

The backyard has a undercover alfresco area, surrounded by a large fully fenced backyard.

One bedroom is allocated to the support staff.

Vacancies:

1x Vacancy (Immediate Capacity)

Level of Support:

Standard – STA, MTA or SIL.

•  24/7 Support as required.

Inactive Sleepover support during the night time hours.

Other Residents:

We have two young females living within the property. They are aged between 20 – 30 years old and would prefer housemates between 18 – 50 years old, who are social and outgoing and respectful in nature. These residents have a psychosocial disability and require moderate positive behaviour support from staff.

 

Both residents are independent, enjoys their own space and time, however wish for housemates to share meals and activities with them occasionally.

Age and Gender Suitability: 

This property is best suited to a female only environment. Residents will be considered within the age range of 18 – 50 years old with low – medium support needs the most suitable.

Positive Behaviour Support

Meal Preparation and Grocery Shopping

Support with Household Tasks

Appointment Management

Assistance with Daily Living, including personal care as required

Bills and Rent:

Accommodation: 25% of DSP and 100% of Rent Assistance.

Boarding: 50% of DSP and 100% of Energy Supplement.

Please note, if you require STA or MTA, your bills and rent are covered within your NDIS funding.

Furniture Provided:

All common areas are furnished by Sublime Care.

What you need to provide:

The participant only needs to provide their own bedroom furniture.

Cameron Park - 6

Property Type:

The property is a 5-bedroom SIL house, with a double driveway and double lockable garage. There are 3 bathrooms located within the property, two shared living areas and a shared kitchen space.

The backyard has a undercover deck area, surrounded by a large fully fenced backyard.

One bedroom is allocated to the support staff.

Vacancies:

2x Vacancies (Immediate Capacity)

Level of Support:

Standard – STA, MTA or SIL.

•  24/7 Support as required.

•  Inactive Sleepover support during the night time hours.

Other Residents:

We have 2 resident living within the property. Their hobbies includes poetry, nutrition, interacting with friendly people, fishing, walking around beach or lakes, remote control cars, going to the pub for dinner.

 

They are independent, enjoys their own space and time, however wishes for housemates to share meals and activities occasionally.

Age and Gender Suitability: 

This property is best suited to a male only environment. Residents will be considered within the age range of 25 – 65 years old with low – medium support needs the most suitable.

Property Type:

The property is a 4 bedroom SIL house, with a double driveway and lockable garage. There are 2 bathrooms located within the property, two shared living areas and a shared kitchen space. Outdoor paved area. Large fenced backyard.

Expect 24/7 support with inactive sleepover. Other types of support provided are Medication Support, Meal Preparation & Grocery Shopping, Supporting with Household Tasks, Appointments Management, and Daily Activities.

Vacancies:

1x Vacancy (Immediate Capacity)

Level of Support:

Standard – STA, MTA or SIL.

Inactive Sleepover support during the night time hours.

Other Residents:

We have 2 resident living within the property.  Their hobbies includes watching documentaries and other tv shows, heavy metal music, keeping a clean environment to live in, swimming (Ocean Baths and Indoor Pools), gaming, music including live music, fishing, spending time with friends, cooking of meals

Property Type:

Beautiful, sunny, and spacious 2-bedroom unit, with 2 balconies. This SIL home is fully furnished with stylish modern furniture, and hardwood flooring and has a main bedroom with an ensuite and television.

This unit is located within a secured building with gated and key-only entry, and has a lift up the apartment.

It also has airconditioning, modern appliance, large smart TV in the living room with Netflix/youtube included, and NBN wifi.
