I discovered Sublime Care while seeking opportunities in the industry with the desire to find a role with more client interaction. In my daily role, I focus on helping clients achieve their goals, such as mobility, community access, and personal care. What I love most is witnessing their progress and independence. My empathetic nature helps me build strong client relationships. The best part of being at Sublime Care is the consistent support from management and administrative staff.


I was drawn to Sublime Care due to its great working conditions. On a daily basis, I provide care and support to individuals, helping them learn essential day-to-day skills. What I find most rewarding in my role is empowering participants to improve their quality of life and gain independence. An example of this is teaching one participant to cook, enabling her to become more self-sufficient. Sublime Care and its employees are in line with the company’s values. If I had to describe Sublime Care in one word, it would be ‘Family,’ as I genuinely feel like I belong. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sublime Care to friends and family as it’s a great company that provides full support to its employees.


Before Sublime Care, my goal was to go to day programs and cook my own food. Now, thanks to the help of the team, I’m able to do both of these things. I can say that my life has been more organised and I’ve been happier thanks to the help of Sublime Care staff.


I discovered Sublime Care by its lighthouse logo, which symbolises hope, a perfect fit for a disability service provider. In my role, I wear many hats, supporting individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. I cherish the flexibility of hours, the responsibility of being my own boss during shifts, effective communication with management, and the inspiration I find from the people I work with.


I was referred to Sublime Care by a colleague who praised their understanding, effective communication, and ample work opportunities. My daily role involves providing personal care, facilitating appointments, and empowering participants to maintain their independence. What I love most is the variety, as no two days are the same. I’ve helped participants achieve numerous goals, from staying with their families to everyday tasks like grocery shopping. Sublime Care is a beautiful team, and they do their best to match suitable support workers to participants, which is very important for everyone involved.


My favorite part of Sublime Care has been the love, genuine care, and support I’ve received from the people who work there. I feel very safe, especially during the pandemic.


As a support worker, my daily responsibilities are diverse, with each client having unique needs and goals. My role involves facilitating clients to achieve their goals, ensuring they access the services they require, maintaining their living conditions, and providing companionship. I find great satisfaction in seeing people overcome challenges and being part of positive changes in their lives. One example of my support involved helping a client regain their independence by assisting with paperwork to get their vehicle back on the road. Sublime Care has invested in my growth, providing training and courses, and I genuinely appreciate the support and respect I receive. Working for a company I truly admire is a privilege.


In my daily role, I primarily work in support independent living facilities, where I assist with domestic duties, transport participants to appointments, and support their mental health and well-being. What I value most about my role is the profound impact a dedicated support worker can have on participants. If I were to recommend Sublime Care to friends and family, I’d emphasise their diverse staff and clients, the support workers’ dedication to success, and the feeling of being part of an extended family.


In one word, I would say Sublime Care is fantastic! I’m getting help from the whole team, and that makes me feel great! A few years ago, my life was a little dull. Now, I get help with my goals to find a new job and cook for myself.


Sublime Care’s focus on personalised care and creating a supportive environment perfectly aligns with my passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. In my daily responsibilities, I provide essential support to individuals, helping with daily tasks, offering emotional support, and promoting their well-being. One remarkable example of how I supported a participant is by helping them improve their speech skills. We developed a personalised plan. And through consistent support and encouragement, the participant made significant progress, gaining confidence in their communication abilities and taking steps toward achieving their goal.


What I like most about my role is getting to know the clients and helping them achieve their goals. If I had to use one word to describe Sublime Care, it would be ‘Caring.’ This stems from my experience supporting a specific client. The organisation’s commitment to caring for the participant was handled beautifully, and they went to great lengths to provide the support she deserved, which left a lasting impression on me.
