Welcome Caitlin Lancaster to the Sublime Care Team!

Caitlin is our Specialist Support Coordinator, and we are excited to have her apart of our team!

Caitlin is new to the disability industry but has strong experience in case management, supporting clients and engaging with stakeholders from working in child protection and out of home care since 2013. Caitlin is passionate about participants having choice and control over their lives and ensuring that they are connected to the right supports. Outside of work Caitlin enjoys traveling overseas (Covid permitting), playing netball, roller skating, yoga, and enjoying the great outdoors!
