Support Coordination helps the participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to make the best of their NDIS support plan. A support coordinator or specialist support coordinator is the person who will help you understand the importance of the NDIS plan and goal setting, assists you in terms of connecting with NDIS providers, community, mainstream, and other government services, and build your confidence to coordinate your supports accordingly.
