We’re thrilled to share that our team at Sublime Care held an exciting team building activity at Escape Reality in Newcastle!

We divided our team into two groups and gave them one hour to escape by solving complex puzzles. Each group relied on strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills to overcome every challenge inside the escape room. Everyone embraced the challenge enthusiastically and demonstrated focus, teamwork, and impressive problem solving abilities throughout the experience. The competition remained intense and closely contested as both teams worked strategically to solve each puzzle. In the final moments, Team B secured victory and completed the challenge with only seventeen seconds remaining. Team A showed determination and resilience, pushing through obstacles and finishing the challenge with additional support. We felt equally proud of both teams for their teamwork, commitment, and positive energy during the experience.

To cap off a successful day, we had a great time laughing and bonding over some beers afterwards. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that brought our team closer together. We are looking forward to more fun and engaging team-building activities in the future!
