Sublime Care has a high commitment to recognising the importance of respect for cultural diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). Our SIL participant Emma has recently completed a TAFE module on this subject and created this beautiful sign to promote cultural diversity in the workplace as part of her project. This poster is now proudly displayed in our head office reception area. Emma’s attendance at TAFE enables her to meet new friends and learn about the things she enjoys. She is to be commended for her efforts in attaining further education and training. Emma also recently volunteered for the Royal Easter show for a period of 2 x weeks, she was even provided with a uniform for the time she worked and had an awesome experience getting amongst it. We feel that Emma has finally found a home which she can call her own and we are so pleased to see her growth and development since coming to Sublime Care. Congratulations Emma.
