• We have 2 resident living within the property. Their hobbies includes poetry, nutrition, interacting with friendly people, fishing, walking around beach or lakes, remote control cars, going to the pub for dinner.
• They are independent, enjoy their own space and time, however, wishes for housemates to share meals and activities occasionally.

AGE AND GENDER SUITABILITY

• Granny Flat: Suitable for Male or Female resiteds within the age range of 20 – 65 years (Female residents must be suitable to live in close proximity to male residents).
