The event’s main purpose is to connect with thousands of seniors and people with disability, to service and technology providers who can best help them in their daily life. With the theme My Future, My Choice, it’s no question that the event is focused on providing ways on how people can live the way they want and plan for their future. Sublime Care also direct its efforts towards the same goal – providing unique high quality healthcare and support needs to assist people with disability lead improved lives.
