November 3, 2022– we attended the very first Ready-Set-Recruit networking event in Newcastle by One Community. This event is targeted at providers looking for staff. The event directly works with schools or universities that would help their students be exposed to career opportunities within the disability and aged care sectors. Providers will connect with students and/or community members. Based on a speed dating format, providers have minimum 5 minutes to present their staff needs and opportunities.

We are very happy to partake in this event where we had our own display of our brand. Our very own Joelene Koelman and Katharine Worgan, got the opportunity to speak with a lot of people looking for work in disability support, where they have been able to share our company values and why they should join our team. Overall it was a great day and a successful event, and we were happy to meet new faces, and reconnect with familiar ones.
