• We have 2 resident living within the property. Their hobbies includes watching documentaries and other tv shows, heavy metal music, keeping a clean environment to live in, swimming (Ocean Baths and Indoor Pools), gaming, music including live music, fishing, spending time with friends, cooking of meals
• They are independent, enjoys their own space and time, however wishes for housemates to share meals and activities occasionally.

AGE AND GENDER SUITABILITY
This property is best suited to a male only environment. Residents will be considered within the age range of 25 – 65 years old with low – medium support needs the most suitable.
