Logan’s journey with Sublime Care began almost four years ago when he weighed approximately 145 kilos. Since then, the team at Sublime Care has been providing him with the support and assistance he needed to achieve his personal goals of becoming more active, gaining employment, and living his best life independently.
During his time at Sublime Care’s SIL home, Logan discovered a passion for prepping meals and cooking, and he has been cooking regularly for himself and his housemate. This shared passion has led to a strong bond and lifelong friendship between the two, often jokingly referring to each other as “brothers from another mother.”
Logan’s hard work and dedication have paid off as he has
successfully lost around 35 kilos, bringing his weight down to 110 kilos. This
weight loss has given him renewed energy and motivation, leading to better
self-confidence and focus.
The Sublime Care team is thrilled to announce Logan’s latest
commitment to embarking on a new life challenge, taking on Cert 3 in
Hospitality with the help of the local Salvos “Eva Burrows College”
and Oasis Youth support. His main goal and vision are to complete an
apprenticeship as a Chef.

the past four years and excited to continue supporting him on his journey to
learn and grow independently. With his unwavering determination and passion,
Logan is sure to achieve his dreams and inspire others along the way.
