Ashleigh is our Team Leader in Blacktown who provides constant support and coordination for four of our SIL properties. Ashleigh has been integral in leading our team of disability support workers to provide guidance and motivation for all our participants in Blacktown to achieve their goals. Some of these achievements include Helen (left) getting back involved with selling ‘The Big Issue’ and Melissa (right) has become involved in a day program to increase her community participation, all the while Ashleigh has provided continuous encouragement. We are truly lucky to have Ashleigh as one of our leaders apart of the Sublime Care Team!
