Joelene is the People and Culture Team Leader at Sublime Care.
Working in disability and aged care services for over 15 years, Joelene is extremely passionate about sourcing the right people to support our participants. Recruiting support for participants according to their individual needs and wants, she is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of people living with a disability. Throughout her career, Joelene has obtained her Diploma of Human Resources, Certificate IV in Human Resources and Certificate IV in Service Coordination and will continue increasing her skillset within the HR industry.
